The apartments are cheaply made (read: not well insulated). We constantly have to complain about our neighbors being loud and the security service is a joke. The women in the leasing office are completely incompetent and definitely should be replaced. Especially Tracy. She is always on her cell phone yakking away and she acts like it's a chore to assist you. In addition, the gate to the pool is not tall enough, so if you don't know the code, don't worry, you can reach right over and open it yourself. Since I live by the pool, this means loud parties at all hours of the night as well as non-residents (punk-kids) using it whenever they want. Do yourself a favor and don't bother moving here.
