this place is horrible! first of all.. prior to signing the lease we asked if we can see the apartment to see if we like it and to see if there's any thing that they have to fix prior to us moving in.. but they said NO.. we had an idea of what the apartment looked like because they showed us the nicest 2 bed 2 bath that they had.. even though we were looking for a 1 bed 1 bath.. so of course.. it looked REALLY nice.. but when we moved in.. there were SOOOO many problems.. you know the sheet that we had to fill out when we first moved in about all the little problems.. our page was FULL of complaints and i told the office the problems and they did NOTHING! we had nails in the carpet, paint chipping off the wall, our bathroom mirror is partially broken, patches in the carpet that didn't match, etc. then there's parking!! we pay for parking and then there's NO WHERE to park!! the lot is ALWAYS full and the security really stinks! i've been parking behind my carport spot for almost a year and there were never any complaints.. all of a sudden i got a phone call at 11:40pm!! ALMOST MIDNIGHT!! from the security threatening me to move my car or else i'll get a ticket and they'd tow my car.. the lady was rude and obnoxious! who would call a tenant at MIDNIGHT and threaten them!! ALSO! the water stinks here too! since we ALL share a water heater.. or what ever it is.. the water is NEVER hot.. it takes soo long to even get warm.. they fixed it several of times without notifying the building tenants so when we wake up.. there's ABSOLUTELY NO water.. and when i called the office.. they accused me of not paying my water bills WITHOUT even investigating the problems themselves.. the office staff is also incompetent there's only 1 person in that office that seems like they actually care about the tenants and knows what they're talking about.. everyone else.. is like whatever it's not our problem.. cable is horrible also.. since we have to get dish network and it's expensive like crazy! and there's NO cable connections.. so we have to get separate internet connections and phone lines and television hook ups.. it's just a waste of extra money that we have to spend.. and they're only doing this cause legacy is contracted with dish network or direct tv.. well there's more complaints but i'm getting too tired to type so.. if you want to rent this place cause you believe all of the positive comments that are written in this site by the EMPLOYEES OF LEGACY.. then you'll experience all of these problems first hand..

I also agree, I used stay long time ago and the management are terrible and they do not care about us.. I thinkg here is most worst place and I already contact there head office and they are agree my opinion.. and I think leasing employee will be lay off very soon.. we will see..
