So all these people who are leaving nasty comments just want to complain about something. I used to live here, i thought it was a great place to live. If you notice, looking at every apartments ratings, you only see the bad things, no one compliments the place. So I give this place a 11 out of 10. And screw all of you haters. I never heard the people above me or below, trust me I have lived in some places where you can hear every step the person above you takes, this place is far from that. The staff are all very nice, and the manager is great. The maintenence are all great too and do awsome jobs at fixing everything, very organized. All the garden Communities complex's are beautiful properties and great places to live. So when you are looking at ratings from any apartment complex, remember that you are only seeing one side not the other, and people who are mad tend to exagerate extremely, so go find out yourself to see if you like the place.
