I've lived here for a little over 6 months now and I can't really complain about anything. I'm truly shocked by all the bad reviews. Granted I have a top floor apartment, so it's possible that I hear less noise, but I can't see how noise would outweigh the benefits. The staff are very nice & helpful. Everytime I've needed maintenance or security they've been prompt about attending to my concerns. The rent is very good considering what you're getting for the price (gated, washer/dryer in unit, garage/stall parking, nice gym & pool areas, nicely landscaped etc.). The location is great: right along side the 15 (which I actually never hear), and a strip mall with lots of great shops, restaurants & movie theatre. Miramar College is also right next door so it's great for community college students. You hear the occassional jets & helicopters flying over, as you would in any area surrounding Miramar Air Force Base. I love living here & I would definitely recommend it highly to anyone looking in the Mira Mesa area. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
