This place is bad, BAD! The apartments are poorly built but look pretty good from outside. Before you move to any apartment, ask yourself what is the MOST important thing that you look for - do you care about the gym, pool or the looks from outside more or do you prefer living in a quite and decent place. If you choose the latter, then Legacy is not a place for you! Let me tell you why in simple words:

1. The walls are THIN. Very thin! You can hear everything that your neighbors do. I hear them play music, watch movies, talk to their friends, make phone calls, their shower in their bathrooms etc.. and what not! I've even heard some guy humping and some girl making weird sounds. You will hear people walk, talk etc. all the time.

2. To make things work (and really worse), Legacy is RIGHT next to the I-15 freeway. Trust me, you don't wanna live there. The traffic noise is consistent and VERY annoying. There's no peace at all, even when the people living next to your or above you are quite.

3. Maintenance is really BAD, the staff at the office is also horrible. All the ------- at the office are fat and I guess they need to use the fitness center the most. Those fat ------- don't give a ---- about you even before you sign the lease, and after you do, they won't even look at your face when you speak with them.

It doesn't matter where you live in the Legacy apartments complex. You're likely to experience at least one or more of the problems I've listed above. Well, yes, it is closest to the grocery store (walking distance), the cinema and few other restaurants, but do you really wanna go to the grocery store walking. How're you gonna carry all the grocery stuff. How many times do you go for a movie. Maybe once in 2 months or so. I guess these few perks shouldn't be the deciding factor of moving into Legacy. I'm not going to talk about the parking as I don't consider it much of a deciding factor. But that too, is bad here.

Now, If you've read this and still decide to move to Legacy, then you deserve to be there and get treated like ----. Please, save yourself and don't move in there. Stay homeless, go stay in a hotel for a few days or plan something else out if you can't find a place immediately BUT I highly recommend you NOT TO STAY IN LEGACY APARTMENTS.

How can you even call this place "Apartment Homes". The people who rate this place good are definitely working for Legacy. You HAVE to be abnormal to rate this place good for living. I stayed here in 2006-2007 and couldn't wait to get out of this mess from day one.

You're definitely working for Legacy. My college dorm apartments had better noise insulation. Did you understand what I was trying to say in my review. Let me say it again: All I'm saying is these apartments are over-priced for how they're built and have very bad noise insulation. That's all. Facts are facts and no matter what you say it's a TRUE fact that Legacy is not a quite apartment complex to stay. Now you can go on saying whatever you want but NO MATTER what you say, the facts are there. To all the people looking for housing, again: DON'T STAY IN LEGACY APARTMENTS. Also, I'm not immature, to me you sound immature after supporting such a ------ apartment complex. Like I said, you're definitely working for Legacy or something of that sort.

This poster is very immature. They were probably one of those tenants that gave the office hell because they think living in apartments is like owning a home; of course there are imperfections, It's an Apartment!!! If you want to live with complete peace and quiet and all the parking you want, and everyhithing else this person is complaining about, then go buy yourself a f****** house!!!!!! I lived here and it was not perfect but it was not a bad experience, and the fact that you insult me becuase I think it is a decent place shows your immaturity which lends credence to the thought that you're an ------- tenant. I took the time to know the staff and maintenance, They are wonderful, and in my opinion the leasing agents and manager, are very good at their job and not fat, no where near fat. Not to mention I think they are pretty hot, all 3 of them! In my opinion this person is just disapointed in their place in life and feels the need to insult everyone around them to make themselves feel better. Next time this person posts, perhaps if they did it as an adult and not as a child, it might be more believable.

i lived in legacy for three years and enjoyed my stay most of the time. yeah sometimes you can hear your neighbors walking or talking but what what do you expect in apartments. the leasing was good and maintenance was great bent over backwards to get the job done! the parking not so great but i will take bad parking to have my own laundry room. this poster above does seem to be a little bitter maybe didnt get enough hugs as a child or to many, but i do recomend legacy for the size of unit location and staff.

I agreed that this is the most horrible place to live. Don't rent there. They rob you everyway they can. Don't ever expect your deposite back!
