I think most apartment hunters more or less disregard comments on these sites. Usually only the unhappy tenants tend to spend the time to review the place. We lived here for almost two years and would like to give a fair assessment to this place. I sincerely hope these comments can help you make your decision well.

Pros:
1. Nice location - close to 2 malls and I-15 entrance.
2. Well maintained perimeters.
3. High ceiling on 3rd floor units, decent floor plan.

Cons:
1. Horrible management staff.
- They only care about potential customers. Once you moved in you are 2nd class citizen to them. Complaints to parking, bird droppings (more on that later) and noises are largely ignored. Made appointment for final check out inspection but staff never appeared. Have to call them to reschedule.

2. Horrible situation with birds and pigeons in certain units (near pool area of Phase I)
- Pigeon/bird crap everywhere especially 3rd/2nd floor unit patios. Our place got to a point so bad that 10 to 15 pigeons will rest along the edge of the roof daily. The droppings basically renders the patios unusable - not to mention the serious health hazards.
- Management is largely indifference to the situation - since it's not well spread throughout the complex. They refuse the clean patios. The only action take was to install bird spikes on rails, which was ineffective.

3. Lack of parking for 2 car owners.
- 1 designated parking spot per unit (or garage). If you have two cars you are screwed. Front of the leasing office have some spaces but they are reserved for future tenants only. I.e they prefer to have their current paying customers suffer.

4. Poor security.
- Burglary and car break-ins are common. Once in a while we got notes from management saying that there were break-ins and asked us to be careful. The mail box has been broken into at least once.

5. Paper thin walls and nasty cooking smell
- This is one of the most common complaints. What's more is that for our unit we basically have to close our windows all the time - not because of noise - but because of very strong and pungent cooking smell MIDNIGHT --- yes you read it right, somebody is cooking 2 or 3 in the morning.

6. Nails along carpet edges
- Enough said -
