They are professional, very kind, and knowledgeable. But this area is very loud, the exposed piping is very unique and aesthetic, however, very loud and hard to sleep at night. Also, during the fire alarm inspections, smoke smell still lingers in the unit.

Illicit AirBnB operations (which blatantly violate the lease terms) and cigarette smoking have created a litany of nuisances for tenants for many years now. Building management gaslights and ultimatumately does nothing. I will not be renewing the lease and highly recommend against leasing at 10th&G.

Apartments are nice fairly modern. The staff are very responsive, always willing to help. Ladies at the front are nice. Accessible to market street and many restaurants. Easy access in and out of the 94, 125, 5 freeway.

Overall experience is great! Very quite except I live on the noisy part of the apartment. Very accommodation facilities! Would recommend this apartment to anyone else seeking to rent a full time facility.

The staff is wonderful and overall the community is very clean. Prices are rising too high based on their lack of amenities(small gym, no pool, half size washer and dryer, dish washer, and oven) though.

The building is a flophouse/party hotel now. Nothing more, nothing less. If youre looking for an actual home and not something extremely short-term and are okay constant partying and noise for your stay here, I wouldnt touch this place with a 30 foot pole.

It's Great, the apartment is larger than viewing it. After putting all of my belonging inside I still have a lot of room to move around. I love the shopping area is close and the school is in walking distance.

10th and G is a fantastic place to live. I love how it is so close to everything in the city. I save on gas because everything is walking distance for me. Maintenance and front desk are very friendly and helpful.
