On 8/06/2006 My husband and I watched as two big Rats walked a tightrope (telephone wire) from one building to the other here in this complex. We couldn't beleive it, but we saw it with our own eyes. They are constantly fixing up the outside of these buildings but until they really listen and care about the tenants, this place will be nothing but one big rat hole. This was posted 8/8/2006.
