We've lived here for two years now and couldn't be happier. This place is so close to everything, you're never more than 15 minutes away to where you want to go. It's so laid back here and everybody is so friendly. The property looks great, it seems like they work on it everyday, and this place is pet friendly! This is huge, to find a place that excepts Fido. The parking is a little crazy but that seems to be the general in San Diego. The apartment is pretty spacious for the price. I would recommend this place and have to several.

I find this to be misleading.
Construction are average on all these old, termites infested apartment. I would understand a rating of 3, but definitely not 5. Also, noise is a big factor here. If you're military or new to the area, you need to know that you're right on the plane path (all days). Lots of people with car alarm that went off quite a lot. Whether you will get use to it or not is another thing. But definitely should not rated at a 5.

you didn't realize you were in the plane path when you looked here. DUH!! Anywhere in this area OB, Downtown, all the way up the 5, guess what you're in the plane path but its a small price to pay... let me guess new to the area

Most people looking for reviews are new to the area wouldn't you say? I too find your review to be misleading. The place is close to everything along with the other complexes in the area. The one truthful comment that matters is that the apartment is pet friendly (except puppies and kittens are not allowed). Overall I think you get what you pay for.
