you get what you pay for From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/23/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   The rent is cheap here, and you get exactly what you pay for. The apartments are old and not very good quality, the maintenance is slow (and at times non-existent), the office staff is sometimes rude, and the parking is HORRENDOUS. If you ever come home anytime after 8pm and you do not have your own assigned space, RUN AWAY. There were many nights that I actually had to park in front of Blockbuster and walk (yes, it's that bad). I have never in my life been so excited to move.
