I promise that all of the negative you read is true. I have lived here for the length of 1 lease and was out as soon as possible. The parking is a joke, on the street and in the carport. Things are stolen nightly from cars. My tires were taken. Ghetto,right' The hot water heater goes in to overdrive every three minutes during your shower (burning water is not fun). The office staff is rude and seriously lack communication skills amongst each other. The planes are LOUD. I know live just down the street and the planes are not as loud as they were directly under the take off path (in loma palisades). The facilities are dirty (laudrey, pools, ect). The neighbors aren't loud but if they talk you can hear them. I once listened to an entire conversation of how someone is from Michigan and went to school there and blah blah blah. That is not necassary and I don't care. Overall, trust your instinct. It is cheap but not worth it.
