We have lived here 2 years and really like it. It is a great location and we love our townhome and we just renewed our lease. They are pet friendly and that is why we first looked here. Even if we didnt have our dog I would continue to live here. They are painting the buildings and it looks great.

youre right, they waste the money on unnecessary improvements while ignoring the glaring problems, ie: parking, termites, plumbing problems that run from unit to unit, crappy heating (upstairs HOT, downstairs COLD), people letting their dogs crap anywhere and not picking it up, washroom utilites always OUT OF ORDER, very unhelpful staff, and petty complaint notices when Halloween decorations are not taken down in a timely manner
