this place sucks. they rip you off. one year lease does NOT equal 14 months!! they lie to you and charge you for everything...no utilities paid for you have to pay water, trash, sewage, gardening, etc etc...then they charge you extra rent ontop of that if you have pets or youre on month to month. and if you break your lease you have to pay a "lease breaking fee" equal to a months rent or more. then they will lie to you and try to tell you it wasn't on the contract and make you pay more. stay away from this place! it has termites and rude staff...mice live in the walls, parking sucks, stuff gets stolen all the time...
