Pros:
Large bedrooms and closets
pet friendly
nice looking properties.
Maintenance staff are very friendly.
Cons:
no A/C: we broiled this past summer with the upstairs unusable after 10:30 am
very noisy: maintenance crews, Jets fly directly overhead and seem like they were in our backyard, with windows open you hear neighbors etc.
Rude staff: they are nice enough, however they have strict marching orders from their corporate office from which they will not deviate. Hospitality has been sacrificed for the sake of corporate profit. We found the office staff to be dehumanizing, unhelpful and unwilling to be unaccountable.
No security: large property without any security staff or border control. Our car was stolen from our carport.

Border Control?!? What? Bring in National Guard this far from Mexico? Planes are a given, the airport is right in downtown so anywhere conveniently located you're going to deal with noise. I always found the staff helpful and friendly. Never had any issue with car beak-ins on the street or in my carport the 4 1/2 years I've lived here. During the heatwave this summer we had fans in the evening and hung out by the pool or went to the beach during the day and stayed cool. Our electric bill is dramatically lower w/o any AC and we only missed it for 1 or 2 weeks during the higher than normal temps. Great place to live! |

All be wary that the staff is in charge of making good comments on this site and are charged with ridiculing the comments made by actual renters.
