We strongly discourage anyone from renting from Loma Palisades. They submitted our account to a credit agency for a balance due we didn't even know we owed, which put our excellent credit rating at risk. They charged us a month's rent after we moved out, even though they rented the apartment. They will nickel and dime you to death. Management is rude and the organization is greedy.
