I strongly disagree with all of the bad reviews. If I have any problem with the unit I just call the wonderful office staff and they send someone right over to fix the problem same day. You can also pay for a parking spot without paying too much extra. I don't have a problem with loud neighbors or pet feces either. It has great open windows for lighting and eight pools in the complex. Laundry is also close to the units and cheap as well. I love living here.

I love how the manager of this place has added these fake reviews to try and bring up the rating of this place. Just look at how there are 5 5.0 ratings of this place in the span of 2 days. They are all short, and they all read like a add in the paper like this one "Allows pets, has 8 pools, and great cheap laundry sites." The kicker is giving parking a 4 out of 5. Anyone, and i mean ANYONE who has really ever lived here would know that parking is beyond bad at Loma Pailisades. come on we are not dumb. Just keep offering low rent and you will persuade the riff-raff that you house here to keep coming back. It's what you do best.
