Never rent here longer than 3 months ! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Only the very desperate and un leaseable persons should rent here. There is much dog and cat feces near your front door and sidewalks. The noise is almost unbearable because of the old type windows and non-policing of the management towards partying neighbors. The carports are insecure, and only fit two compact cars. The street parking is a real nightmare. Circuits always overload and are truly a fire hazard, the fire department should inspect the outlets and fine them. But MOSTLY you are nickle and dimed. They charge you a deposit and then VERY sneakily charge you MORE money to clean the carpets even when they are clean, and do this under the pretext that they are mandated by the state to steam clean your carpets, well maybe so BUT that is a cost of business expense that is theirs , not ours !!!!
