My wife found this place on accident and we have been regretting it ever since. We had our shower out and they gave us a unit that they were repairing to temporarily give us the shower accommodations, for the week that our shower would be out. It was at the other end of the complex and three (3) days later all of our stuff was stolen. The manager that never returns calls, Lim Reising, has her incompetent staff cover for her, stated that we were to have our insurance company cover the loss, even though she admitted that it was her contractors the carpet company with whom they do business that were in and out of that unit. When I asked her to provide the information of their contractor she stated that her attorneys stated that they would only provide it under subpoena. This place is a huge scam. They are owned by American Assets which is a conglomerate of attorneys that own a bunch property in San Diego and are slum lords, but also own quite of few other building namely the 7/39 building downtown. Finally, don't be fooled by the false fake recommendations as Amy, one of the nicer staff members, told me that Kim has them as part fo their job, write a positive response on this website to overcome the overwhelming negative feedback of others. Oh and they do raise the rent as frequently as they can and their termite problem has not been able to be contained per the Department of Health!!!!!
