Loma Palisades is poorly managed

People in the office are condescending to tenants and unresponsive. They are constantly doing construction to improve the look of the complex, but will not fix the laundry rooms to have working washers and dryers. Even after numerous complaints from myself and neighbors, they have not fixed the problem, nor have they returned phone calls.
But if you are 30 minutes late on your rent, they are on top of it.

I've been here for 3 years and all the washers and dryers have always worked just fine, I did have a problem w/my hot water heater but they came out and fixed it right away

note that the staff is under direction of Kim to right favorable reviews, I know as my girlfirend was screwed over by them and is taking them to court for misleading customers.
