After professionally cleaning the apartment, they had the nerve to say that it was not cleaned and charged us for new carpeting after three years. The law states that you are to replace carpeting every three (3) years. The only reason we stayed was because we HATE moving, but not only is this place a dump, with termites throughout, but Kim Reising, the manager, is an uncooperative, ignorant, evasive, poor excuse for a manager. What American Assets is thinking having someone who never returns calls, is unprofessional and has no idea what customer service is, is beyond me!
