Poor Maintenance, Poor Management, Overcharged at Move Out

Do not move to Loma Palisades! We had over 15 maintenance requests in six months (leaky roofs, broken diswashers, broken toilets, just to name a few!). Management continually took two to three attempts to respond and react. Maintenance workers were in our apartment once a week, it was horrible.
And be careful at move out, whether you clean the place or not, they will take every penny of your deposit and then some. So many grey areas, over charged rent, cleaning, and the tenant has no recourse or way to dispute. DON'T MOVE HERE.
Oh - my car got broken into too.
It's right under the plane noise, very noisy.

I had receipts that it my unit was cleaned PROFESSIONALLY and they still charges us as much as possible. The guy next door to me told me that the reason they charge such a small deposit is because they know most people won't bother to sue for that amount and someone else wrote that all of the positive comments are done by Amy Akenditz (one of the lackeys there) as ordered by Kim Reising (the manager.)
