Spacious living room and that is it. These things are old and constantly are in need of maintenance. For the year I've lived here we've had problems with both toliets, shower, garbage disposal, water leaking from the roof under our shower, nails coming up under the carpet, just to name a few. If you ride a motorcycle then be sure and lock it up because 3 bikes have been stolen during the year that I've lived here. Parking is horrendous! Water pressure and temperature go back and forth on a daily basis. One hot tub for the complex that is always closed for repair. Basically, if you're thinking about living here please reconsider, it will not be a nice place to live.
