When you first walk into the rental office you are greeted by smiling faces and reasonable prices. They show you all the rental units and pat themselves on the back at how great the place is. Everything is great until you sign that lease. Let me paint you a clear picture as to what life is like living here. Both of our cars and my motorcycle were vandalized. I can't tell you how many cars have been broken into while I've lived here. Let's not even start on the motorcycles. Both of my neighbors have had their bikes stolen in the middle of the night. This is all happening while that sorry excuse for a night manager is cruising in his electric car looking for rental violations by tenants. He loves to hide behind his stupid complaints that he leaves taped to your door. Never once does he come up to you and talk to you like a manager much less a man. There are transient people walking through that place all the time searching through our trash bins. I have a female living with me, and I'm not comfortable having her come home late and having to worry about something happening to her. Do you think they do anything about this' Maybe he should take his lame a$$ clipboard and write those guys up for trespassing. No...wait if he can't even face his tenants why should I expect him to face some stranger trespassing. Security my A$$!!!!!!
The noise is unbearable. The office staff says it's not that bad, but they also said they don't have a termite problem. Bullsh*t all around. Planes come by every fifteen to twenty minutes. It's so loud that you have to stop any conversation or T.V watching that you might be doing at the time.
Don't even think about having people over. There's no parking. I know that sounds like any other place, but this is different. If you don't pay the extra money to have a car port, which is a haven for thiefs to break into your car, your a$$ed out. You'll have to park a half-mile out. That's always a good idea when you're a female coming home late at night.
I've talked to a bunch of my neighbors. None of them have anything good to say about the place. Most of them are just sticking it out for the reasonable rent, which in itself is not reasonable because of all the stupid utility fees you pay on top of your SDG&E bills. Trust me just go and rent a small house that accepts pets. You'll be much happier. And as for all those 5.0 ratings. They're all bogus. I know a girl who used to work in the office. She said their manager used to make them right good reviews to counteract all the bad ones. Don't take my word for it. Try and read some of those reviews. They sound so rehearsed. WHat a pathetic manager.
Don't expect to get any of your deposit back. O'l dipsh*t with the clipboard will tack on everything to your final bill. All of my neighbors who have left have all encountered the same treatment. Regardless of them hiring a professional cleaning company, the management still had the audacity to tell them the place was still not up to par and that a cleaning charge of $95 dollars would be added. Protect yourself and take pictures. They prey on people who don;t know how to fight back. Basically, don't sign a lease. Stay in your car and check out another rental property
