Management is horrific, especially assistant manager ---. She needs to do something about her hair, she is losing it and it is probably because her superiors are never in the office and she has to answer all the questions that we poor tenants have. She is truly incompatant at her job and extremely rude and seems miserable with life all together. If you are thinking of moving here, I would think again and walk, scratch that run from signing any lease agreement with these jackasses. If you don't mind having noise until the wee hours of the night with parties fom college kids, listen to your neighboor take a piss in the toilet next door to you or hear the other couple next door most intimate moments, this might be the place for you. Further more, stepping in dog crap outside your front door is a regular occurance here. The management decided to charge me for a pet, even though i did not have one, and even wrote to them that I didn't own a pet, yet it continued to be on my bill. As far as the plumbing system at Loma Palisades, i can tell you for a two bedroom two bath, I never got to experience the other bathroom. with the problems we had ex.toilet flooding constantly, leaking, clogging , we just excepted the fact we only had one bathroom but continued to pay for two. The bathroom upstairs had an unpleasent odor to it for the year I lived here no matter how many times or or how much you cleaned it. We actually had our first floor bathroom replaced four times! Please take my advice, this place is such a headache, I actually have nightmares of it even though i have moved out and am living somewhere that is normal. Loma Palisades is the biggest scam, they will keep you deposit, and then charge you for any freaking thing they can think of. There is a constat noise of airplanes, and it is also very unsafe. My neighboors got broken into and not only were their bikes stolen, but the poor family's car was stolen as well. I am a pretty young person, lived in vaious places, some good some not too good. but i can fairly say I along with my roomate had the worst experience here.I hope some one sues the crap out of the ---- heads that own this place and the incompatant brainless staff all lose their jobs because they suck. I didn't want to mention the problem with the termites which infested the apartment since day one, but if I didn't get my point accross , maybe that would help. I would love to go on about other situations or problems that happened at Loma Palisades, but I don't want to waste my breath any more on such a piece of ----
