We have lived here for six months and couldn't be happier. Amy was so friendly and helpful to us during our lease signing and has continued to be. We adopted two dogs from the SD Shelter and the pet approval process couldn't have been easier. Our apartment is beautiful, the pools are great, and I don't understand why people are so set against this place.
Since I've lived here I've seen no termites, and any maintenance problems were taken care of promptly. One of our nieghbors did throw noisy parties, but has since moved and now we hardly hear our neighbors at all. As far as some person with a clipboard presenting me with violations, well, I have never seen such a person. All I know is, we love our apartment and will definetely be renewing our lease.

Actually, I wrote this revew, and I really am a resident, not Amy or Kim. Sorry that someone has so much time on thier hands that they feel the need to cause trouble.
