I've lived here for over a year and just received a notice that I have to vacate in 60 days because they need to remodel my apt. Sure wish they would have told me this when I signed my lease. The leasing staff are all rude. Oh by the way, I received my notice to vacate 1 week before Christmas. Nice timing. Don't be fooled by the rent that you are quoted. There's also a charge for a parking space, and I paid over $50.00 each month for water/sewage/trash. What a rip off...
