Parking is HORRIBLE here. After 6:30PM, goodluck. You'll be parking on the main street which could be a good 15 minute walk in the cold or rain depending on where your apartment is located. THEN... you have to move your car before 7am because you're not allowed to park on the street between 7-3p. If you don't move it, then you lose $47 to a parking ticket.

The termite stories you see below are SO TRUE. Termites ate through my roommate's picture frames and photo albums. It was HORRIBLE.

The management is nice and sweet at first... then they rape you with all these fees every month that they never told you about from the beginning. They also will slap down a lot of charges when you try to move out.

The only perks are that dogs and cats are allowed, the apartment is spacious and the kitchen is very cute. You also get a nice size back patio depending on what you're renting.

Overall' Please look somewhere else... this place is SO not worth your time and money.
