Yes, bad parking. My car windows broken TWICE. Mufflers stolen off my car in my parking spot. management offensive when i went to them. One employee pretended to be management! Bad plumbing. My apartment flooded, they said it was my fault and i had to pay for a hotel 2 nights. When it started to flood again another day i was home they admitted faulty parts. Maintenance did show up quickly I live downstairs and i can hear everything above me. Water is divided evenly between aparmtents. So me and my husband pay the same water bill as the family of 8 across the hall. My mail was stolen from my mailbox, currently going to court for identity theft. 8 luandry roos, but look at them hlaf the machines broken and the working ones leave stains on my clothes the 3 different machines we used. Cold in the winter, no insulation in these old buildings, so hot in the summer. A nightmare! lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

Yes! My mail was also stolen from my mailbox! A outgoing check was stolen and they used my account info for online purchase. I NEVER put outgoing mail in the mailbox now and try to get incoming mail as early as possible. I told management because I think they should install locked mailboxes, and they said put it in writing. If enough people complain maybe something will happen. Nice. Also, the water is divided among apartments but then prorated among how many tenats you have. So you and your husband shouldn't be paying as much as the family, unless management doen't actually know how many people are in the apartment.
