I lived here for a year and a half. My wifes muffler was stolen, my patio flooded and I was told there was nothing they could do about the stagnant water back there. My next door neighbor had one car keyed and the stereo stolen from the other on a 6 car crime spree. I had about ten migrant workers in the apartment next to mine illegally who started making comments to my wife every time they saw her. I complained to management and was told to call the police and there was nothing they could or would do about it. I had a problem where the same vehicle kept parking behind my spot, blocking me in. Because it was a red zone on private property I couldn't call to have it towed. After several notes on the vehicle over a period of days I complained to management to no avail. by the time they called someone the truck was gone. I called in a noise complaint one night with the security number posted on THERE website and got an answering machine, when I complained, the company called me back and said they weren't even contracted to security at Loma Palisades. When I wrote down the reasons for moving were crime, parking and poor management, they put only the parking reason for moving on my final bill. These people do not care about you, they just care about money. Enough college kids move in and out of here who don't know better that it's no big deal how low you rate this place. I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE.
Here's an update, I gave the manager a cashiers check for half of what I owed them with the agreement to pay the balance the following month. I have just received a letter signed be Kim Reising, THE WOMEN I HANDED THE CHECK TO! stating that I still owed the complete balance and they'd put a negative hit on my credit report and go after me! These people are criminals! Holy Crap!!! I just saw loma palisades on JUDGE JUDY!!!! seems some guy got screwed by them again on national television. Again, Garbage.

They did the same thing to us. We had nothing but problems - they served us with a 3-day notice because of our English Bulldog - saying we weren't allowed to have him. So we tried to move out on the 3-day - and they prevented us from moving. Letters back in forth between Loma Palisades, and our attorney - nothing but crap - they just threatened us over and over that we owed all of this money, then they said they were going to report a negative credit rating to the credit companies - our attorney sent them a letter, stating that it was illegal to do that, (using legal mumbo jumbo) - well we received a letter today, 3/12/08, saying that our account is in collections, and is being reported to the credit agencies. We are going to fight this!
