Wasn't charged on move out got deposit back, never any major problems....just your run-of-the-mill apartments...I've lived in better, I've lived in worse.

No big deal.

This person is not real it is actually Kim or the fat girl that is her assistant who post on here all the time so please don't be fooled, email loomlrosa@aol.com about the class action lawsuit that is in the works.

agreed, it is not watts or the projects, but compared to what you can get on the West coast for the price and customer service, this place truly sub-par. I've lived in SanDiego for over twelve years and I have never not got something back from a damage deposit in six different complexes. Also, they do NOT HONOR the military clause like you'd think, read it again, you'll get screwed.

I was charged over $1,000 when I moved out and have felt completely helpless since I received the bill. They claimed that they had to replace the entire carpeting - --------! My carpet was fine. I'll send you an email regarding the class action lawsuit - count me in!!!!!! This has to be stopped - it's a total scam!!!!!

I was also charged over $1,000 when i moved out of my apartment. They said they had to replace the carpet, re-paint, and a full cleaning. I also felt pressured to pay right away-they told me I would be placed into collections if I didn't pay within a certain time. I have spoken to many people who say i should take them to court, i just don't want to have my account go into collections. I will email you about the law suit
