Management is horribly unprofessional and does not even TRY to solve any problems you approach them with. They raised rent on us without even letting us know and it definitely was not worth it. We lived in one of the two-story units - if you have a king sized bed, plan on getting rid of it before you move in to these units, as it will not fit through the stairwell. The toilet looked as if it was going to fall through the ceiling on any given day. Parking is disasterous. Mail is stolen from your mailbox. Looks nice on outside but live there for a few months and you will regret it...I PROMISE! Washers and dryers are ALWAYS broken and flooded and if you tell mgmt, they will not do anything about it and then raise your rent.
