I have been here two years and it is a constant battle with management and maintance. There are termites and when they came to spray they broke my window and sent me the bill! My laundry has been stolen along with my laundry basket. Bums sort the trash all night and they let the dumpsters overflow into the alley. Management is actualy the spawn of -----. they are evil, rude, talk down to you and spend there time harassaing tenants. They are in the middle of a remodel so they are kicking people out and then charging them for cleaning and carpet. My ex-neighbor got a bill for $1,200 when they moved out. Do not live here and do not let the cheap deposit lure you in. I will be so happy when they give us our notice to move for the remodel and I can leave this hell hole/dump.

UPDATE: My neighbors had told me about their cars getting broken into...well it has finally happened to me. Last night my motorcycle was stolen. our parking spot is in the alley and we were told that the police do not patrol back there and it is managments responsibilty to ensure that it is safe. We went to management and once agian they could care less! One of the maintence people stoped me on my way out and asked that I continue to push them about cleaning up the alley because he had been hit twice by a car back there and like always management did nothing about this.

I agree. Someone kept stealing my laundry so I had to start doing it somewhere else.. my car was also broken into. Someone kept parking in my space so I had their car towed after a week of leaving notes on the car and the next morning all my tires were slashed. EVerything in this apartment is rigged, they painted over mold in the shower and our tub is just a cover so I can only imagine what the actual tub looks like. The noise here is insane.. it's cheap and they let ANYONE rent here so it's full of college age kids that have parties all hours of the night into the morning. You mention it to the office and they don't even ACT like they care.. My neighbor was also charged a ridiculoous amount when he moved out. They said that his carpet tested positive for pet urine and he never had a pet in the apartment. I too am waiting for my lease to expire so I can move out!!
