I've lived here for four months now and not had any issues. One of my roommates is a previous tennant and he liked it enough to recommend it to us as well. The grounds are upkept well, the place looks decent. The only draw backs that I can think of are the cheap windows that let in cold or warm air easily and the parking isn't good at all if you have more than one vehicle.

We've had a few small issues since we moved in, not once have they complained for failed to come in and fix those issues. Most of the time it was fixed within 24 hours. I'm not sure why I see so many bad reviews on the place, I am liking it just fine. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

That's because you have only been there for four months. Most of us who write the reviews live in for a min. of a year. In one year you'll see what everone is talking about. I did the same thing but was smart enough to wait a few years before I put up a review of the place...

Wait till you move out. I lived there for two years. It was cheap rent, or so I thought. No parking. I had two car ports, but forget about inviting people over. Both of our cars were broken into. Don't let the facade fool you.
