I could write an essay on how horrible this apartment complex is! But I will keep it short:
*dishwasher broke TWICE and soaked our carpet and more!
*I hear rodents running in the walls at night!
*My neighbors smoke cigarettes in their apartment and the smoke comes through the vent so my apartment smells like smoke!
*While 9 months pregnant my hotwater heaterbroke 3 days before my scheduled c section, they wouldn't fix it for three days "due to lack of man power" and they wouldn't reimburse me for needing a hotel.
*My other neighbors smoke pot and that is always in the air. There is always a party and its LOUD...not just on weekends!
*no one cleans up their dog poop on the grass OR the sidewalk....gross!
*Asked for a new parking space because i Couldn't fit to get out while pregnant they said "no, its too much paper work".
*Kid pool was out of order for almost the whole length of our lease.
I believe it is a waste of 1500$ a month to live here.

They are HORRIBLE just like you said. AMY IS A DISFUNCTIONAL, FAT, BALDING, SUPER POOR EXCUSE FOR A HUMAN BEING. SHE DESERVES ALL OF HER BAD FATE, BECAUSE SHE IS JUST UGLY, INSIDE AND OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THAT PLACE COULD BE NICE - BUT IT'S NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY TRIED TO SCREW US BADLY OUT OF MONEY. WE PAID RENT ON TIME, WE KEPT THE PLACE CLEAN AND QUIET, THEN THEY KICKED US OUT FOR OUR ENGLISH BULLDOG, WHO JUST WANTED TO SLEEP ALL OF THE TIME. THOSE PEOPLE ARE DISGUSTING, AND WE FLIP THEM THE BIRD EVERYTIME WE PASS BY. MAY THEY ROT IN THEIR OWN MAGGET INVESTATION!!!

YES! You said it! I wanted to use lots of swear words to get my point across better but I wasn't sure if it was allowed! I talked to the head lady today- Jackie and she was COLD and her responses seemed rehearsed. They are putting in new windows and my husband won't be here to move the furniture away from the windows and doors....as he is going out to sea to serve our country, i have a new born and i am moving 5 days after the windows are to be installed........the heartless woman wouldn't wait 5 days and said I would be charged 200$ if I didn't move the furniture. I too kept our place clean, quiet and always paid rent on time, and I always pick up after my dog, and after all the things I have had to deal with they can't even help me out by waiting 5 days! I am really dissappointed. I wish I could charge them for not having hot water for 3 days, or charging them for having to listen to rodents run through our walls at night! Kim and Jackie are right up there with Amy. Do you have to be a spawn of the anti christ to work there?

I think it's time to notify the housing office on base to not recommend this place. In fact, it might be helpful to notify them and the better business bureau to have folks avoid it instead.
