Bad Service, Bad Additudes, Bad Vibes

Consider this first before you rent here:

# 1 - There are an abundance of rental units and a shortage of renters in the San Diego market, so as a renter you can pick and choose.

# 2 - Of all the good people that are out of work and looking for employment right now, if Loma Palisades wanted to find service oriented, helpful, courteous managers, and responsive staff, they could easily do so. However they are perfectly satisfied with their current rude, arrogant, ignorant and unresponsive staff.

# 3 - If you like bad service, being cheated, being ignored, saying goodbye to your security deposit, then hands down, this is the place for you. However, if you want better, and to be treated decently, then run, don't walk, to ANY other apartments, but NOT Loma Palisades.

# 4 - Read the other reviews, and then ask yourself "Why are so many people pissed off'"

# 5 - I went there today with a simply question, which would take their manager at the most, 1 minute to answer. I left a phone message. I sent a fax. They never returned my call or my fax. This is an excellent indication of how you will be treated as a renter, WITHOUT consideration, and WITHOUT courtesy.

# 6 - Believe me, you deserve better as well. Go elsewhere. You will want to thank me and all the others for giving you this advice.

This is absolutely true. Our family lived there also. I recommend driving by at night time to get a great understanding of how the place is. That's why they always schedule the showings around 8-10a.m. Because at that time everyone is at work and there are a few parking spaces available. There is no where to park after 5p.m. The only reason we received only a $99 deposit refund is that we did a 30 day prior move-out inspection and were also there for the move-out day inspection. And we were only there 6 months no pets. The walls are paper thin. This may be disgusting but the toilet only have like 2 inches of water in them so when you go to the bathroom the crap is sticking to the toilet. The rent is high with no utilities included. The laundry area. The dryers do not work well. Also you are using a card which you have to load money onto it. The swimming pools are not heated and the hot tub is located in front of the office. No children allowed even with parents.
