I looked for a quality condo in the low 300k range for a long time before I came across M2i. This condo complex is architecturally pleasing from the exterior and the interior, noise is NOT an issue, and amenities are above and beyond what other complexes have to offer (except no hottub, but 24 hour fitness at Horton and Fit Gym have one.
Qualitative Analysis - M2i Condos have appreciated over the past year despite the mortgage crisis while other buildings have dropped in median price drastically.
The property manager's response to some issues has been less than fantastic, but at the time she had only been working for a couple of months. Lately, things have moved up a notch and wear/tear is being addressed very quickly.
I could go on and on about this place but you would become bored with my exuberance for this condominium complex. If you have a chance to rent or buy in this building you should definitely give it a look at the very least.

Amazing, been here for 8 months now and everyone is nice and it couldnt be more in the heart of all the growth and events (art shows, trolly, bars, FIT gym, etc... also, if you try all building for quality locally, this one comes up as top (2nd is Farenheight - but its smaller there vs. larger at M2i). Anyone know what M2i means?
