Been loving M2i since '06

I love my unit so much.

Thankfully it is a first floor facing 10th, so I never really have to have any interaction with my neighbors or the elevators or anything like that.

And from what i've heard from other tennants, it must be that floor units have awesome soundproofing cause I can't ever hear anything but sirens.

My friend live above me, and his unit is so dang noisy.

You can hear the doors slamming above him, neighbors on both side regularly and even sometimes the people below on their balcony through his windows which are closed and locked.

The only good thing about his is that because it faces the courtyard, he never gets the annoying sirens at 1 in the morning.

But hey, ill take that any day over rave music blasting from one neightbor and kelly clarkson from the other.

All I have to say is that if you can get a unit facing 10th and get a first floor with door on the street.

They are the best.

I think I will be here for quite some time.
