Lived there for several years. The location near the coast and the freeways cant be beat. The grounds are kept well as is the pool/spa. Parking is ample. There will be a good deal of noise being under Lindbergh Fields flight path. You will need to beware of some of the tenants. We had the neighbors from hell above us. You could hear everytime they walked across the floor and on several occasions playing their stereo at excessive volume levels late into the night, I had called security to do something about it when on one occasion they were blaring the stereo at two in the morning. I called the office the next morning and they never did anything about it. I would also recommend keeping your doors locked at night. With these things in mind I would still recommend the apartments largely due to the location. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

the locations isnt even that good have you gotten out much we are right beside a beach that dogs take shits in and piss all over at. Yea great location well worth the 1500 that we have to spend every month for ------- high life style of living. -the place is a joke

I cant believe that someone actually agress with me on something I hate everything about this ------- place from the people that work and live there to the ------- buildings --- ass paint colors to the inside that are just taped together. Yea good to see that.
