It seems that the only comments you would receive on something such as this website would be complaining and whinning so I am going to try to write something positive.

This is a good place to live considering everything else around is older the hell. The office staff is very nice although I have had a bad experience with the assistant manager Josie at one point. The grounds are very well kept and they just installed gates, the pools are well kept, and I have access to the laundry 24 hours, it is on the flight path of the airport but theres nothing they can do about that.

The only negative thing I have to say about this place is I've just come to find out they have section 8 housing (HUD) which brings the neighborhood down. There are a bunch of low class citizens pounding their music and have 20 people living in their apartment and they let their kids run wild, and we all know how people on subsidized housing are.

I did have some credit problems which I have to say Eric helped me with to get me a place to live which I am very grateful for. Overall if I had to rate this place from 1 to 10 I would rate it a 9, and I would recommend this place to anyone that asked me.

You put down people on subsidized housing and then in the next paragraph write you have some credit problems? Pot calling the kettle black, don't you think? Maybe you should move to a cheaper state, like Oklahoma. Have fun being a renter the rest of your life and living hand to mouth, because you certainly won't be buying real estate in San Diego anytime soon.
