Well my boyfriend and I just moved in, in May. So far I have no serious complaints as some of the ones I have been reading about but they worry me. We have a 1 bedroom for 1200 and I think the price is resonable. We moved here from DC so its cheaper than what we had and a bigger place.
Anyways, the main issue I have is with the noise. If its not the planes overhead then its the lawn dudes or the sprinklers or bratty kids yelling outside. Always something to break up the peaceful day. Also, around the corner from us there are people who let their kids leave all their toys out on the grass. It looks so trashy I want to put them in the dumpster. But, rather than do that... I just park on a different lot so I dont have to walk past them (Probably sec 8 housing, I didnt even know about that until I read some of the other reviews!) I have no complaints about the management, but I have had nothing to complain about to them yet so well see.
The big pool is really nice and I havent see the tennis courts. I always can find parking no matter what the time.
All in all I would recommend this place, just find out who the neighbors will be before you sign the lease.
