A couple weeks ago, there was a armed home invasion at Mariners Cove. Three armed men broke into a residents apartment, tied him up, left him in the bathroom and took his money.

I only learned of this because I saw the Fox News van outside the apartment complex the next morning interviewing people. I watched Fox News later to learn of the story.

Mariners Cove management communicated NOTHING of this afterwards. I believe many residents don't even know about this armed home invasion.

What's worse, is the lock on the Eastern gate sidewalk door was broken previous to the armed home invastion. Guess what' This lock is STILL broken weeks later. This sums up the management's focus on safety for its residents.

Your a whiney ass person. Your probally my neighbor that does nothing other complain all the time. If you dont like it here, then move your ass out. This place does have a few minor issues, but show me a place that doesnt. I'm sure there is more to the story then what "Fox News" said. get the whole story before blurting from your fat blow hole.

Hey surfer9989, You probably are one of the underachievers I see biking to the beach while I am driving to and from work. The people who complain are normally the ones who prefer to live in a nice place with quiet neighbors who respect others. Unfortunately, Mariners Cove attracts the element that follows the path of least resistance in life. People like you want to live in a nice place like San Diego, but aren't bright enough, hard working enough or educated enough to afford to live here. Thus, they have to exploit liberal "Section 8" programs, subsidized by hard working tax payers like myself. It disgusts me to pay taxes to subsidize the beach lifestyle of subhumans like yourself. Surf???s up, bimbo!
