First of all, this review is dedicated to the gentleman who wrote the review "Like living in a Florida trailer park". My roommate and I live directly next door to the apartment that had the "so called home invasion". After talking with them they gave us the true story. They said they are sure it was somebody they knew and wasn't a random invasion. We are 2 single girls and feel completely safe here.
As well, I work for the city permit office and know the fire codes so I know what I am talking about. The idiot on the previous review wrote the exits open automaticatly to anyone. Fire codes state gated communities must have a free, automatic exit with no obstructions. People following you in is going to happend at any gated community you live at.
As far as Eric goes, he leased our apartment to us and is probally the nicest person in that office. Your probally some jackass that did something wrong and got in trouble for it and need a place to cry about it. You should take your own advice and move into a Florida like trailor park where your whiney complaints can go noticed. Remember, your in a beach community. There is going to be a younger crowd here. Perhaps you need to move in a senior community.....YOU WHANKER!!!

Ignorant slag, Put down the Glamour magazine and pick up a copy of William Strunk???s ???The Elements of Style.??? Obviously, you are a product of California???s public school system. Perhaps you didn't pay too close attention in seventh grade remedial English? One needn???t be ???CSI San Diego??? to conclude the home evasion was someone who knew the victim. The fact you live next door and you are not scared makes you ignorant, not brave. You don???t think it is scary three armed men can gain access to a gated community of 500 plus units and break into an apartment and not be noticed? There have been other crimes at Mariners Cove, including drug busts, car thefts, property thefts and countless domestic disturbances. Moreover, the office was broken into a couple years back and everyone was warned that their identities may have been stolen. Working at the city permit office makes you an expert on fire codes? Judging from your writing, spelling and syntax, it is no surprise you are a city employee. City government attracts the least qualified and borderline educated who couldn???t hack a corporate job. Like the saying goes, "Thank God for the government or else there would be a lot more unemployed people out there." Enjoy living in a high cost city like San Diego on your crap city employee wage. |

Wow, your an angry person. Perhaps you should move to La Jolla or Del Mar if you want a lavish lifestyle. With a PHD i'm surprised someone such as yourself would be living in a complex like this. I would hope your no longer a resident of Mariner's Cove. Car thefts, home invastions, ect.. could happend anywhere as we have recently seen on the news.....think about that before you start calling others ignorant. Perhaps you should read your own comments and think of who's the ignorant one.
