Yeah,
I've lived here for eight years. You're right. the majority of Sec. 8 people are scum. They don't pay for water or trash pick-up like the rest of us regular paying people.
Not fair. This guy, Erick at the office should have been canned a long time ago. He's a real a-hole! I'm out of here. When the corporation smartens up and decides to go condo, I'm on it with some of my family as investors. How can this Erick f-er still work here' That's probably why there are so many vacancies! Look out your patio. I see one vacant for two months!

I find it hard to believe that one inconsequential employee in the office is going to have a material effect on the vacancy rate. If everytime someone in the management displeased me, I would find myself moving every six months. You should be glad that MC is in Point Loma and not Chula Juana or Logan Heights, this location is one of the best in San Diego, close to PB, La Jolla, Qualcomm Stadium, walking distance to OB, there are people that would give everything they got to live in a location like this.

You are so full of yourself, must be friends with management. Let go and feed the kissup stuff to someone who cares.
