I have been here just under a year. Yes there are some issues that have come up but, in general this is a good place to live. I agree there are some in the rental office who are unpleasant at times and there are residents that are a little difficult however, in a community of approx. 500 units it is probably going to happen that you find someone you do not like. The important issue is can you be the better person and move on. Most of these people you do not have to deal with on a day to day basis unless you live next to them. In that regard just look closly a few times before choosing your specific apartment. As with any place visit at different times of day etc.... To me to biggest issue with management is really not attitude it is follow through. Trust me they will never tow anyone's car that is not parked where it is supposed to be and they will never inforce the picking up after you pet issue (just in case you think I don't like pets I have two dogs and always pick up after them. Just wish everyone did). I really think in this area you cannot find a nicer community and would recommend this complex to anyone looking for this area

I take my recommendation back. The managament has since decided that they can harrass us and lie to us regarding mistakes they have made. They have set themselves up for a lawsuite and even provided written proof to hang themselves with. Even with this they still insist it our job to fix their mistakes for them and continue to refuse to take any ownership of their mistakes.
As well parking remains unfixed as does the pet clean up issue. The managment here is simply lazy and wants to do as little work as possible.
We wish you happy home hunting but, you will not find a happy home. For you health and peace of mind you should not consider this place.
While we cannot say for certain it does concern us that the manager of this complex is capable of taking her frustration out others if the courts are required to resolve the serious issues of honesty and integrity in this community. You do not want to be that unlucky person.

It seems as though you just use this website to vent your anger. A little while ago you were happy with this place, and when you didnt get your way, you go on a website which is dedicated to only complainers, and make a remark like you did. You are the type that makes peoples jobs harder. For your sake, I hope you find a better place or perhaps with as many complaints as you have, perhaps consider buying a house. Then you can make your own rules and your complaints wont go unanswered.

I guess you dont believe in freedom of speech, if it doesnt go along with what you want to hear. I dont like sugar coating when it comes to spending my hard earned paycheck. So please let others have their views. Anyway what are you doing here other than complaining, so dont throw stones in glasses houses.
