They forget to tell you that when you sign the lease that you have to pay water and trash. Raising your rent $65.00. Do yourself a favor and move somewhere else. After your lease is up they raise the rent so don't get settled in. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

I have found something very nice in the area, using Craiglist. I found a house for the price of what Mariners cove wanted. I really was disappointed to be treated so unfriendly when I visited the Mariners Cove office, that really helped me to make my decision. The office staff for the most were rude and impersonal.

I agree with you. We moved here and had to find an apartment fast. We didn't really have time to look around. After we got this place we were looking at other places and even found hosues to rent that were cheaper! :(
