Run away fast!! The office staff is horrible, especially the manager. I lived there almost 2 years and never got issues with my apartment fixed. They are quick to threaten & not quick to fix things they are supposed to fix. They do not have any customer service. Do not return phone calls, emails, etc. Pay a little extra to stay someplace that has good property management. It also appears that the only yeses on this site are posted by the management!! RUN, RUN, RUN AWAY!

Staff is nice. They are trying to do what they can. The problem is the poor Section 8 renters. Section 8 renters only pay 30 percent of the rent everyone else does. The rest is paid for by taxpayers. Think you are liberal and open minded? Live next to some real lowlifes or West ------- refugees and see how your politics change. These poor people won't improve their situation because they get cheap rent. It is not like they are saving money so they can get through dental school and will be able to score a high paying job and get out of the ghetto. They are permanent sponges of society. Some Mariner's Cove poor have been here for ten plus years, just milking the system. Cut off the gravy train and maybe they will move to a cheaper city.

I agree. Its way to expensive to live there with the section-8ers. You know who pays full rent and who is getting rent paid by tax payers by how they treat the pool and gym area.
