The management here is a joke. No one smiles, no one is willing to help. One time I needed to speak with someone so I went to the office and the lady inside looked at me and said that they were closed and turned her back to me (this was about 3 minutes after the office technically closed). Way to go above and beyond!

The appliances haven't been changed for 15-20 years - the kitchens can serve as sets for the Wonder Years. Most of my cabinets had horrible creaks. The windows and sliding door are horribly old and have likewise not been changed. There is an old, ugly heater right in the middle of the living room that I was afraid to turn on for fear of carbon monoxide poisoning.

There are spiders everywhere and there were termites eating away at most of the wood outside.

The bathrooms are about the same as the kitchens - thoroughly depressing affairs.

It's just that the outside looks really nice but who cares' There are jumbo jets flying overhead and the 20 year old double pane glass isn't helping worth a damn so you might as well not have it there.

The terms of the lease are equally ridiculous. There is no subletting whatsoever. You can't break a lease and if you do, you need to give 60 days notice, pay them $1000 and forfeit one month's rent or something along those lines. Does that make you wonder why they make it so difficult to leave' Probably because so many people would like to do so but can't after they've signed their name. The price is definitely not worth it. If you want space and a nice yard, rent a pool-house or a guest-house.

This was a bad experience. Do not live here.

I agree!! It's horrible and they will take every bit of your deposit they possibly can when you move out! And you have to give notice for everything, or they really take your money!! They staff is awful and won't help you or try to answer any of your questions!! Don't rent here, you WILL regret it!
