I HAVE LIVED HERE A YEAR AND HAVE FOUND MARINER'S COVE A TRUELY WONDERFUL PLACE. MAINTENANCE AND STAFF ARE COURTEOUS AND TAKE CARE OF ANY NEEDS PROMPTLY. THE PLACE IS KEPT VERY WELL, AND I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH NOISE, NEIGHBORS, OR DOGS. THE PLACE IS LOCATED IN THE FLIGHT PATH OF THE AIRPORT, BUT AFTER A WHILE, YOU HARDLY NOTICE THE PLANES - ALSO THE PLANES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE OFF OR LAND AFTER 11:00PM. I HAVE ENJOYED LIVING HERE AND DEFINITELY DO RECOMMEND IT TO OTHERS.
