In spite of frequent complaints from dog owner residents, the dog park within the complex is overwatered, resulting in black mud about 95% of the time.

And the dog owners don't pick up the poop. What is funny, is it is right by the "Please pick up the Poop" signs!! Dog owners should police the others.
