I have lived for one year- I am not happy here.
My toilet has been running constantly for 5 months. I have called the problem in a few times, each time it is 'fixed' the problem worsens.

Every time I need to talk to someone in the office, there is only one person who is unable to even answer a simple question about renewing a lease. I call, every time I am put on hold for several minutes and the person i need to talk to is always conveniently in a meeting .

THEY CANNOT KEEP THE BILLING STRAIGHT- THEY APPLIED SOMEONE ELSE'S RENT TO MY ACCOUNT, CREDITED ME MONEY THEN DEMANDED I PAY THE DIFFERENCE IMMEDIATELY TO FIX THEIR PROBLEM. I talked to three people in the office and all said the same thing, 'This is a common mistake due to people not writing legibly on their check'. I submit the bill stub when I pay, how can that be a mistake' Really' A common mistake' That is a huge common mistake that is now costing me money. What is strange about all of this is- my next bill did not reflect that extra money I supposedly owe.
